Built properly.
Run the same way.

ChewyTech builds and operates software for engineering teams. Every product runs on infrastructure we own in Europe, ships unmetered, and is supported directly by the engineers who wrote it.

Everything listed here is in production and supported today. No previews, no waiting lists, no usage tier to outgrow.

Repro — Bug Capture for Jira

Bug reports your engineers can actually reproduce.

One script tag on your web app. When a tester hits a bug they click once, and the report reaches Jira with a replay of the last 30 seconds, the console, the failed requests and the exact URL already attached — instead of a ticket that says the page is broken and nothing else.

  • 30-second DOM session replay of what actually happened
  • Console output and failed network requests, attached automatically
  • Reproduction steps, browser, OS, viewport and URL
  • Unlimited captures and retention — nothing is metered
  • No browser extension for the reporter to install

The Atlassian Marketplace listing is not published yet; the playground runs the real capture flow against a deliberately broken app, with nothing to install.

Why the list is short

A product joins this list once it is in production, supported, and answering on its own hostname — never before. Running a small number of things properly is the whole point: every product here gets the same infrastructure, the same release discipline and the same people on support.

Method

How things get built

Four rules the repositories actually enforce, not a values page.

01

Tested before it ships

Red, green, refactor. Not a preference — a rule the repositories enforce. A product with no test for a behaviour does not have that behaviour, and does not go out.

02

Infrastructure we own

Every product runs on dedicated European hardware we operate ourselves, deployed from infrastructure-as-code. Your data sits on machines we control, the cost is fixed rather than metered by a cloud vendor, and no managed service gets deprecated out from under you.

03

Unmetered by default

Usage caps exist to create upsells, not to protect servers. Products here charge for the product and then get out of the way: captures, retention, projects and storage are never line items.

04

Documented, not promised

Product pages describe what runs today, and label unfinished work as unfinished by name. You evaluate the software that exists — not a roadmap, and never a gap you find out about in production.

Contact

Reach a human

Both go straight to the engineers who build the products. No tier-one queue, no chatbot, no triage.

Support

support@chewytech.com

Product questions, bugs, billing. An engineer replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Security

security@chewytech.com

Vulnerability reports. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it — good-faith research is welcome and will never be met with a legal threat.
